Hydration in the Summer - what do you use?

It is currently rather hot here in the Uk and as I have just got back from a run and the top temperature was 26 oC, now that for the UK is hot and it got me thinking what do you use to hydrate yourself when the weather is like this?

I know there is a massive industry, what with the likes of Lucozade, Powerade etc etc. I personally love plain old water and this is because i can pour it over my head if i really need to, can't do that with a sugary sports drink!
